Resource Modeling

The Burgex team has the exploration, development, and mining expertise to produce block modeled deposit for resource and reserves. Block models are the most reliable way of modeling resources and reserves. They use estimation algorithms to model the changes in grade and thickness between drill holes over varying distances. We can take your data and produce a ground up resource model of your project that you can have incorporated into a NI 43-101 or S-K 1300 report. The report can be a starting point resource/reserve estimate, or we can produce a prefeasibility report with mine plan. These can be advanced to a feasibility level report when needed.

Resource modeling is a critical aspect of the mining industry, as it provides detailed information about the quality and quantity of mineral resources that can be extracted from a mining project. Resource modeling involves using mathematical and statistical techniques to estimate the size, shape, and distribution of mineral resources within a deposit.

There are several different methods used for resource modeling, including geostatistics, inverse distance weighting, kriging, and block modelling. These methods are used to generate a three-dimensional model of the mineral deposit, which can be used to estimate the mineral resources, plan mining operations, and make strategic decisions about the project.

At Burgex, our team of mining engineers and geologists are experts in resource modeling. We use the latest industry-standard methods and software to conduct detailed evaluations of mining properties and to generate accurate and reliable resource models. Our team takes the time to understand our clients’ specific needs and goals, and we deliver our findings in a clear and easy-to-understand format. With our team of experts, you can trust that your resource models will be accurate and compliant with industry standards.
